Md. Mazharul Islam
Founder & CEO, Sustainable Management Ltd
Mr. Md. Mazharul Islam, PhD Fellow, is an accomplished professional in environmental management, chemical compliance, and wastewater treatment systems in Bangladesh. With over 13 years of experience across environmental, chemical, and waste management sectors, he brings strong technical expertise in biological, chemical, and biochemical operations of ETP and WTP systems. He has extensive knowledge of leading sustainability platforms and audit frameworks, including Worldly FEM 4.0, FSLM 1.7, FDM, RTIS, MCAP, CDP, BEPI, BVe3, CleanChain, Bhive, ZDHC, Detox, Gigaton, Supplier to Zero, Clean Water Management, Green to Wear (GTW), WaSaTex, BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, C-TPAT, GOTS, OCS, RCS, and GRS. Mr. Islam also has significant experience in conducting and managing environmental assessments and audits, including energy, water, and waste audits, as well as Initial Environmental Examination (IEE), Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), and Environmental Management Plan (EMP).

Nazmul Hossain

Mr. Nazmul Hossain is a SREDA Certified Energy Manager and CQI-IRCA Certified Lead Auditor (ISO 14001:2015 EMS), with strong expertise in environmental compliance, sustainability, and energy management. He has demonstrated professional experience across diverse industrial sectors, particularly in environmental management systems, chemical compliance, and sustainable operations. Throughout his career, he has been actively involved in ETP monitoring and optimization, Zero Discharge Plan development, environmental clearance certification (DoE), audit management, and stakeholder coordination. Additionally, he has practical expertise in EIA, EMP, ESIA preparation, industrial hygiene, occupational health & safety, and environmental monitoring (air, water, and noise). He is also skilled in conducting training sessions, internal audits, and implementing continuous improvement strategies for environmental and energy performance.

His expertise includes environmental monitoring and assessment, ETP and STP performance evaluation, and implementation of Environmental Management Systems (EMS).
